Overview:
Provide application development and support for web-based HR systems. Support includes application design, development, maintenance, testing, reporting, and problem resolution. Partner with HRIS team members to design and develop applications, implement process improvement and help to build staff technical skills. Develop reports and web-based queries to enable seamless access to information. Participate in HR System upgrade projects, data conversions, interface development and legacy application maintenance. Participate as assigned on HRMS projects and cyclical Operations activities. Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of employee data.
Job Description:Develop and maintain Sharepoint websites and applications. Develop and Maintain .net/asp applications. Automate processes in a Windows/SQL Server environment. Develop and maintain interface processes. Use advanced reporting and data handling from SQL Server database to automate management reporting.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, C# and .NET development tools required.
SQL Server experience, Sharepoint (web part development), and Window scripting.
Preferred Qualifications:
HRIS Application experience (Accero, Sum Total), Crystal Reports
Required Education/Experience:
A Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required.
Two years of related experience is required
