Key Purpose
of Job
Alignment and testing of RF and digital electronics modules
Key Tasks
· Align and test RF and digital systems modules from PCB level
to system level
· Record and document test data in accordance with established
test procedures
· Fault diagnosis down to PCB level using standard lab equipment
- vector network, vector signal and spectrum analysers, power
meters, logic analysers, oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies
etc..
· Identify and assist in improving alignment and test procedures
· Liaison with flight assembly clean room to manage the workflow
of PCBs into the test area
PERSON SPECIFICATION (essential requirements)
Qualifications
· BTEC / HND / Degree in Electronics or equivalent
Experience
· Proven hardware testing experience down to PCB level
Knowledge &
Skills
· RF and digital electronics
· Good attention to detail
· Self motivated
· Good organisational skills
· Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel)
· Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Creative problem solving
