SPACECRAFT ANALYSTS / (JUNIOR) SPACECRAFT OPERATION ENGINEERS (M/F)

The Spacecraft Analyst (SCA) will prepare and maintain the satellite database to support the mission, ensuring the operations and performance of the satellite through analyses of the data throughout all mission phases – to fulfil this role you should be familiar with common databases (MS Access, SQL, Oracle) and programming (e.g. VBA); a background in the field of satellite operations and/or operations preparation of satellite ground segments is mandatory.

The Spacecraft Operations Engineer (SOE) is under normal rules responsible for one of the satellite sub-systems on platform level (AOCS, OBSW/OBDH, TT&C, Power, Thermal) and back-up-engineer for another sub-system. General knowledge of the named satellite sub-systems, a good understanding of the complete lifecycle of a satellite mission (Space- and Ground-Segment) together with knowledge of Mission Control Systems like SCOS and/or EPOCH are required.

All our positions require fluent English. In addition, you should have the ability to work in international teams together with a high degree of reliability, autonomy and a pro-active and confident personality.
